TL;DR
Principal Product Strategist (Product Strategy/AI): Developing and executing cross-vertical product strategies and technology roadmaps for a Southeast Asian superapp with an accent on strategic planning, product analytics, and emerging technologies. Focus on identifying market opportunities, resolving cross-functional execution gaps, evolving technology operating structures, and influencing senior leadership.
Location: Fully onsite in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

What you will do
- Develop and maintain product strategy across verticals and platform teams.
- Identify opportunities, threats, technology trends, market trends, and partnership opportunities for long-term product planning.
- Set the direction and operating rhythm for technology roadmap planning and reviews.
- Resolve planning and execution gaps across cross-functional initiatives.
- Evolve the technology operating structure and organizational composition to improve agility and delivery velocity.
- Support technology talent development and continuous skills improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or equivalent roles in technology companies or consulting firms.
- Experience with product metrics, funnel analytics, A/B testing, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in digital and web technologies, AI, machine learning, cloud-based systems, and emerging technology trends.
- Experience with strategic planning, product definition, and driving product requirements.
- Strong business acumen and experience presenting to and influencing senior management.
