Area Business Manager, Daura (Katsina State)

What you will do

• Recruit, train, supervise, and retain a team of at least 40 Energy Officers.
• Coordinate direct sales, collections, distribution, inventory, logistics, and customer support operations across the assigned area.
• Conduct regular field visits, joint sales activities, market activations, and community outreach with Energy Officers.
• Set and monitor sales and collection plans, provide daily and weekly performance updates, and resolve customer issues within 24 hours.
• Manage marketing materials, equipment, operating costs, and retail network growth.
• Monitor competitors and protect hirify.global’s presence in the local solar products market.

Requirements

• Degree in a business-related field or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of hands-on sales experience.
• Strong customer care, planning, organizing, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to coach others, maintain high professional standards, and deliver strong customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the local territory.
