What you will do
- Research global candidate markets and identify strong talent.
- Conduct cold searches and develop creative approaches to candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align hiring needs with business goals.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application through onboarding.
- Strengthen employer branding and position as an employer of choice.
- Improve recruitment processes through experimentation, new tools, data, and analytics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with cold searches and independently sourcing hidden talent.
- Structured, analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach to recruitment.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Experience experimenting with new sourcing and engagement strategies.
