Software Engineer | Product Management | Range Core

Location: Malmö, Sweden; presence with the team and working the majority of the time in the workplace is expected.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and operate software within the Product Management technology domain.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions across multiple product components.
• Apply software engineering practices including CI/CD within an agile and iterative development approach.
• Deliver tested, maintainable, documented code aligned with architectural and security requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional colleagues to improve quality, reuse, and learning.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of software engineering principles and practices.
• Solid frontend and backend development experience with React, NextJS, TypeScript, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
• Understanding of API design and integration using REST or GraphQL.
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, or PostgreSQL databases and familiarity with Git.
• Experience with agile or iterative development, DevOps practices, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and understand user needs and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple components or products within a digital product area.
• Experience with generative or agentic AI, agent orchestration, context and memory management, evaluation, governance, and security.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization, orchestration, scripting, and automation.
• Experience developing PIM solutions, including data modelling, governance, migration, synchronization, and workflow automation.
