Location: Remote; active Missouri PMHNP license required

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annual compensation based on 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through video consultations.
• Educate clients about ketamine therapy, its science, safety, and treatment experience.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized clinical judgment.
• Partner with hirify.global guides to provide coordinated, whole-person care.
• Build client trust through a warm, professional, and responsive care experience.
• Improve clinical protocols and the care model using insights from client care.

Requirements

• Active PMHNP license in Missouri and active DEA registration.
• At least six months of psychiatric experience.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based psychiatric care.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot independently.
• Ability to provide warm, focused, and professional video consultations.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in psychedelic therapy and emerging psychiatric treatments.
• Experience using AI to improve client outcomes and streamline administrative work.
