Engineering Data Analyst - Energy Industry (Intern)

Location: Hradná 13, Levice, Nitriansky kraj, Slovakia

Salary: €9 gross per hour minimum basic wage component; final compensation depends on skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Collect, validate, and structure technical plant data from internal and external sources.
• Conduct market intelligence activities to identify and fill data gaps.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance the SIRI database, including interfaces and system dependencies.
• Create analytical tools, dashboards, automated reports, and KPI reporting solutions.
• Collaborate across functions and locations, support end users, maintain data quality, and communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of databases, data modelling, reporting frameworks, and data management principles.
• Experience handling large datasets and transforming data into reliable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, especially Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of power plants and the energy industry is required.
• One to two years of experience in data engineering, analytics, reporting, or IT systems is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or PDM systems.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
