What you will do

• Develop and execute diversified link building strategies, including outreach links, Web 2.0, and crowd links.
• Coordinate external SEO agencies and freelancers to scale link acquisition.
• Lead and support distributed teams in achieving SEO objectives.
• Apply technical and webmaster expertise to improve site performance and search visibility.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve SEO workflows and efficiency.
• Plan geo-targeted campaigns across European markets and local languages, then track and report performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional SEO experience, focused on link building.
• Proven success managing link building campaigns and external vendor relationships.
• Strong technical SEO and webmaster background.
• Experience with geo-targeted SEO across European markets and familiarity with local languages.
• Management experience with distributed or remote teams.
• Ability to integrate modern AI tools into SEO practices.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating multi-market, multi-language SEO initiatives.
• An established network of SEO agencies and freelancers.
• Documented case studies or performance metrics.
