What you will do

• Lead fixed-base marketing strategy and customer-base actions to increase satisfaction, revenue, activity, and customer lifetime value.
• Define target groups and customer journeys in Pega/MCCM, coordinating offers, channels, data, and decision architecture with commercial, marketing, and channel stakeholders.
• Design personalized, data-driven journeys and real-time triggers for retention, recommitment, and upsell activities.
• Analyze customer behavior and business needs to improve squad KPIs and create seamless residential customer experiences.
• Identify growth opportunities, conduct A/B tests, and explore digital technologies and services to improve engagement.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and contribute flexibly within an agile squad.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, or a related engineering field.
• 4–5 years of experience in telecommunications marketing or commercial roles.
• Strong commercial mindset with analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and delivery-focused skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish are required.
• Leadership attitude, proactive ownership, resilience, and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Ability to take on commercial, marketing, or channel responsibilities within an agile squad.
