Area Sales Executive (Telecom)

Location: Mardin, Türkiye; the role covers field sales activities across an assigned territory.

What you will do

• Lead sales executives across the assigned territory and support them in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Implement sales strategies, set objectives, and manage planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and changing customer demands to identify opportunities for market share and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain the regional sales distribution channel and improve the sales process.
• Conduct sales meetings and collaborate with internal departments and regional stakeholders.
• Recruit, coach, evaluate, and develop high-potential sales professionals while maintaining succession coverage.

Requirements

• University degree and a minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
• Broad management experience leading teams of field sales professionals.
• Experience in the mobile, wireless, or telecommunications industry.
• Strong oral and written communication, organizational, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to set targets, manage budgets, analyze performance, and ensure delivery against objectives.
• Valid driving licence and strong collaboration skills.
