Business Development Executive (Corporate Finance)

What you will do

• Coordinate strategic projects involving joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams, project timelines, action items, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, management presentations, and executive-level project updates.
• Analyze financial and operational data for potential targets and new business opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling and valuation using discounted cash flow, trading multiples, and transaction multiples.
• Coordinate due diligence data rooms and conduct market, competition, customer, and benchmark analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, marketing, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience with corporate finance terminology, valuation, and business modeling.
• Strong project management, analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work through ambiguity, meet deadlines, and operate in a complex matrix environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
• Fluent English required.
