VP of Global Procurement (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for AMD Instinct GPUs, servers, networking equipment, and related infrastructure.
• Manage senior commercial, supply chain, and product roadmap relationships with AMD and OEM/ODM partners including Dell, Supermicro, and HPE.
• Source colocation capacity, power contracts, cooling infrastructure, and long-lead-time data center construction materials.
• Build category management practices across hardware, networking, power, construction, software licensing, and logistics.
• Lead complex negotiations, manage supply risk and export-control considerations, and improve total cost of ownership.
• Develop the procurement organization, hire additional talent, and establish policies, approval workflows, supplier scorecards, and auditable systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in hyperscale or cloud infrastructure, data centers, semiconductors, GPU supply chains, or related environments.
• Experience negotiating large, complex, multi-year supply agreements and allocation commitments in constrained-supply environments.
• Strong understanding of GPU and server hardware supply chains, product roadmaps, lead times, cost models, TCO analysis, and supply-demand forecasting.
• Excellent negotiation, executive communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; offers are contingent upon verification of identity and work authorization.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, or CPSD certification.
• Experience with export control, trade compliance, power purchase agreements, colocation, cooling, electrical equipment, or data center construction.
• Senior-level relationships within AMD’s Data Center GPU organization or major OEM/ODM partners.
• Familiarity with the ROCm software and hardware ecosystem and procurement controls for rapid hyperscale growth.
