Focus on detecting fraud patterns, investigating account activity, and coordinating verification and follow-up with internal and external parties.

What you will do

  • Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses caused by fraudulent deposits.
  • Review transactions and prepare reports and analyses.
  • Manage chargebacks, compromised accounts, funds recovery, and account balance adjustments.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties regarding fraud concerns, verification, and follow-up.
  • Monitor user activity and investigate fraud patterns.

Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts.
  • Previous experience in finance.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and internet applications.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Team-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
