Solution Delivery Consultant (Healthcare IT)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. The role may require approximately 20% travel and extended or irregular hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Configure hirify.global solutions in pre-production and live environments.
• Support system builds, testing, and data conversion using the implementation methodology.
• Troubleshoot configurations and improve system performance.
• Analyze client workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Participate in client meetings, communicate project updates and challenges, and build client relationships.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and document best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of experience in healthcare IT, systems implementation, consulting, or a client-facing environment; internships count.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Decision-making ability and comfort with ambiguity.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• No visa sponsorship is available, and the position does not provide relocation assistance.
