What you will do
- Manage project financial performance, delivery timelines, budgets, and product plan objectives.
- Advise business and product stakeholders on feasibility, MVP decomposition, release planning, solution options, and capacity utilization.
- Manage tribe backlog, ideation, scoping, capacity planning, and scalability considerations across the delivery pipeline.
- Coordinate development and delivery with business, product, technology, PMO, Agile coaches, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Build squad capabilities, coach tribe members, allocate resources, and resolve delivery and resourcing issues.
- Implement risk controls and compliance processes while driving improvements and innovation in the product area.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field; postgraduate education or an MBA in project management or a related field is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience managing complex projects and product development.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience managing resources with different skill sets and collaborating with diverse business and IT teams.
- Experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, product design, or product analysis.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, strategic planning, technical, and development skills.
