What you will do
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new personal audio products, including launch milestones, positioning, investment levels, distribution scale, and ATL/BTL communication.
- Develop commercial activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Segment target customers and create demand through partnerships with audio and audiophile communities.
- Manage category PSI, including purchase, sell, inventory forecasting, channel inventory, promotions, clearance, and channel expansion.
- Monitor weekly sell-in and sell-out by model and develop timely action plans with sales teams.
- Manage P&L, commercial investment, advertising and promotion budgets, and forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience in product and commercial planning for consumer or personal audio products.
- Understanding of target customer segmentation and demand activation.
- Experience managing purchase, sell, and inventory planning across channels.
- Ability to monitor business KPIs, manage forecasts, and develop corrective action plans.
- Experience managing P&L and commercial investment or advertising and promotion budgets.
