TL;DR
Senior Marketing Executive (Events): Building and delivering data-driven integrated marketing campaigns for large-scale industry events with an accent on audience development, partnerships, content, and campaign performance. Focus on coordinating cross-functional event marketing workflows, optimizing conversion and ROI, managing promotional budgets, and guiding junior team members.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; required to work in person at the Ha Phan Building office five days a week

What you will do
- Build industry-insight and data-driven marketing plans aligned with visitor, exhibitor, sponsorship, and other commercial targets.
- Lead integrated online and offline campaigns and partnership programs for events.
- Oversee digital and print marketing materials, channel management, content calendars, and campaign optimization.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, monitor competitors, and support segmentation and go-to-market strategy.
- Coordinate workflows across Sales, Operations, Conference, Digital, and Data teams.
- Manage marketing budgets, improve cost efficiency, generate creative ideas, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in marketing, event marketing, communications, branding, performance, or partnership roles.
- Strong project management skills with a responsible and results-oriented approach.
- Confident communication with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing tools, digital channels, and AI platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken Vietnamese and English are required.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Chinese.
- Experience in the B2B event industry.
