HR Specialist - China

What you will do

• Execute HR lifecycle programs covering onboarding, offboarding, absence management, compensation, benefits, and policy administration.
• Resolve complex, sensitive, and country-specific employee and manager inquiries escalated by the GCC.
• Maintain HR data quality and resolve system-related escalations in Workday and related platforms.
• Identify recurring case trends and improve knowledge articles, SOPs, and the Global MyHR Catalogue.
• Support HR projects and M&A integration activities, coordinating deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare case summaries, knowledge documents, and responses to frequently asked questions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience, including complex case management or escalations.
• Proficiency in HR systems, preferably Workday, ServiceNow, or SAP.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and service delivery, with the ability to handle complex cases and country-specific requirements.
• High integrity, confidentiality, adaptability, and a process-focused approach.
• HR certification is preferred.
