Salary: $107,600–$161,500 per year

What you will do
- Lead the specification, design, delivery, and full lifecycle support of custom software tools for R&D teams.
- Define, collect, and report measures connecting tool adoption with productivity outcomes.
- Set strategies for automated testing, release readiness, post-release support, and documentation.
- Improve software development processes and shape the roadmap through user feedback.
- Train internal users on tools and workflows and collaborate directly with them to validate solutions.
- Mentor Engineers, Associate Engineers, and Interns while leading technical decisions across projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications.
- Six years of full-stack software development experience.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting applications through the full lifecycle.
- Experience defining requirements and validating solutions directly with users.
- Experience leading technical decisions across a team or project and conducting code reviews.
Nice to have
- UX design, user research, interaction design, usability testing, accessibility standards, and rapid prototyping.
- AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot and AI-powered tool or workflow integration.
- Enterprise systems, data pipelines, API development, Python, database design, and administration.
- CI/CD automation tools such as GitHub Actions, open-source software development, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.
