Associate Engineer

Salary: $58,656–$103,500 per year

What you will do

• Create and update one-line drawings, laboratory equipment drawings, layouts, and related engineering documentation.
• Support electrical distribution designs for laboratory and corporate facility projects.
• Participate in laboratory renovation projects, design meetings, and stakeholder coordination.
• Evaluate facility and design issues, review existing layouts, and recommend solutions.
• Support engineering, EHS, regulatory, and governance standards, including procedure updates.
• Plan assigned portions of small engineering projects, track schedules and deliverables, and communicate progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
• Must graduate with a bachelor’s degree before the intended full-time start date.
• Entry-level profile; typically less than two years of experience.
• Ability to learn and apply engineering processes, policies, methods, and standards.
• Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with engineers, clients, stakeholders, contractors, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
