Salary: $141,500–$268,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead medical safety review of serious adverse events in clinical trials.
• Perform causality assessments for clinical trial and post-marketing adverse events.
• Develop company analyses for SUSARs and communicate findings accurately and on time to clinical trial stakeholders.
• Provide leadership for a primary therapeutic area and support an additional therapeutic area when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of product, compound, disease-state, and patient-population safety profiles.
• Support Global Patient Safety initiatives, procedures, training, audits, inspections, and CAPA investigations.

Requirements

• MD or equivalent degree.
• 1–2 years of drug safety experience with medical assessment or clinical case review.
• Knowledge of global regulations, safety processes, and practices.
• Understanding of therapeutic-area diseases, relevant drugs, and patient populations.
