Executive Director, Global Patient Safety Sciences Delivery (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; onsite expectations apply. Travel as needed.

Salary: $172,500–$288,300 annually.

What you will do

• Lead Global Patient Safety Sciences operations and risk-related responsibilities across therapeutic areas.
• Define common practices, processes, templates, and training programs for core Safety Sciences activities.
• Oversee signal detection, signal management, safety surveillance, aggregate reports, and benefit-risk assessments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality management, SOP development, and operational monitoring.
• Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Biostatistics, Data Management, TAHs, and GPS Leads.
• Build, coach, and scale a high-performing team while leading succession planning and talent development.

Requirements

• Minimum M.D., PA, PhD, or PharmD degree; board certification or equivalent in a relevant clinical specialty.
• 17+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance or relevant clinical experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 6+ years of team leadership and people management experience.
• Experience overseeing operations within a global patient safety organization is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Safety Sciences operations, compliance, process optimization, communication, and workload planning.
• Role based in Dublin, Ireland, with onsite expectations.
