Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Primary: Bay Area (San Francisco/Peninsula); secondary: NYC. Hybrid work with 3 days per week in the Bay Area hub.

Salary: $158,000–$198,000 plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Design a consumer membership app and interactive, gamified ecosystem for the hirify.global audience.
• Partner with the Director of Engineering to define squad workflows and the product roadmap.
• Design and test onboarding flows, achievement systems, retention loops, and digital and real-world economy features.
• Use AI tools and agents to iterate quickly throughout the design process.
• Own end-to-end product design from initial concept through launch and scale.

Requirements

• Portfolio of shipped consumer products or features used by millions of people.
• Experience integrating AI into the design workflow.
• Experience building products from zero in a startup environment.
• Experience designing for products at massive scale.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and prioritize building and shipping over lengthy design processes.
• Ability to work 3 days per week from the Bay Area hub.
