Synthetic Finishing Associate (Manufacturing)

Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 3rd shift from 10:30 p.m. to 6:45 a.m.

What you will do

• Set up, trim, finish, and rework synthetic parts using appropriate production equipment.
• Set up and operate large laser cutting machines and automated inscription equipment.
• Load and unload ovens and transport work in process and finished goods between departments.
• Inspect parts during and after production using measuring devices, and follow SPC procedures.
• Record production activities, labor and material usage, and other required information in SAP and company data systems.
• Pull flash, cut vents, count, rinse, and bag parts as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings, work instructions, company documents, and specified requirements.
• Ability to follow quality procedures, including ISO 9000 requirements, and maintain annual QC certification.
• Ability to perform frequent pushing, grasping, repetitive movements, and extended periods of sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without mechanical lifting devices and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, lawful permanent residence, or qualifying refugee or asylum status.
