Enterprise Deputy Program Manager

Location: Onsite 100% in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia, with travel between facilities in Alice Springs and the local area. The position is contingent upon contract award.

What you will do

• Lead planning, resourcing, and execution across multiple programs and projects.
• Execute the statement of work on schedule and within cost, delivering all contractual requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, personnel transitions, and performance across a large multidisciplinary workforce.
• Oversee project budgets, management reserves, expenditures, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with government representatives, facilities leadership, contracts teams, customers, and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous availability, maintenance, customer service, and operational excellence in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant program management and Intelligence Community experience.
• Experience managing a large workforce of 250 or more people, including tradesmen, engineers, warehousing personnel, and base operating support staff.
• Experience with facilities construction, operations, maintenance, logistics, and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and contractual, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Professional certification such as PMP, CFM, PE, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or DAWIA Level 2 in Program Management.
• Active TS/SCI U.S. security clearance with a counterintelligence polygraph or Host Nation TS/PV clearance required.

Nice to have

• Experience building integrated teams, business strategy, execution plans, schedules, budgets, and long-range business plans.
• Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000, or other process improvement models.
• Experience planning large-scale facilities and logistics projects, special events, exercises, or crisis management support.
• Familiarity with 24/7/365 operational environments.
