Workday Supply Chain Management Senior Manager (Workday)

Location: Hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or Cincinnati, Columbus, Minneapolis, or Salt Lake City; work includes local and out-of-state travel to hirify.global offices and client sites. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $128,000–$205,000 annually, plus a 14% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $145,920–$233,700.

What you will do

• Lead Workday Supply Chain Management workstreams and oversee implementation project plans.
• Run design workshops, gather requirements, define future-state processes, and specify configurations.
• Configure Workday SCM, facilitate user testing, and lead data conversion, validation, and supplier master data harmonization.
• Design and implement solutions using process automation, IoT, big data, AI/ML, predictive analytics, and blockchain.
• Partner with client stakeholders and executives to resolve issues, assess risks, and deliver compliant solutions.
• Manage teams, mentor consultants, support performance development, and contribute to proposals and business development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Demonstrated experience with Workday SCM, including Inventory Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Management.
• Experience leading Workday SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and implementation planning.
• Experience with client relationship management, project leadership, team supervision, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, MIS, Accounting/Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio and Access.

Nice to have

• Workday Financials/Supply Chain or similar professional certification.
• Experience assessing Workday SCM in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts.
• Familiarity with Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
