VP of Internal Systems & IT

What you will do

• Own the strategy, architecture, roadmap, integration, and data governance for CRM, ERP, HRIS, CLM, Procurement, and Customer Success systems.
• Lead corporate IT operations, including identity and access management, endpoint lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding, end-user support, and corporate networking.
• Own network and device infrastructure across fulfillment and parcel sites, including scanners, printers, Wi-Fi, routing, ISP circuits, and failover.
• Manage the company-wide SaaS estate with Procurement, including licensing, renewals, utilization, security reviews, and administration of Engineering tooling.
• Oversee privacy operations, data residency, retention, deletion, access reviews, segregation of duties, and audit evidence while coordinating the transition of GRC ownership to Security.
• Lead AI adoption across IT and Business Operations, support acquisition-related systems integration, and build a high-performing IT and Enterprise Systems team.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading enterprise systems, business technology, corporate IT, or a combined function with direct budget and hiring ownership.
• End-to-end ownership of complex CRM, ERP, and HRIS ecosystems through migration or consolidation.
• Experience running proactive corporate IT for a fast-growing company and supporting distributed physical sites, connectivity, handheld devices, and operational infrastructure.
• Company-wide SaaS portfolio ownership with Procurement, including consolidation and measurable savings.
• Practical accountability for privacy or compliance programs such as GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001, including audit evidence.
• Strong enterprise application architecture, integration, master data, identity, endpoint, and access-control expertise, plus experience with acquisition integration and cross-functional change management.

Nice to have

• IPO readiness, public-company experience, or SOX IT general controls.
• International expansion experience covering multi-entity ERP, multi-country HRIS and payroll, and data residency.
• Experience supporting physical operations where system failures directly affect shipping.
• Experience on both the acquiring and acquired sides of an acquisition.
