What you will do

• Maintain accurate vendor master data in financial systems and obtain supporting documentation.
• Review and update vendor records, identify discrepancies, and coordinate their resolution.
• Support vendor data cleansing, system enhancement testing, and related data projects.
• Prepare and update process documentation for financial systems master data management.
• Analyze data and recommend improvements to data quality, process efficiency, and financial issue mitigation.
• Support backup provisions, data management policies, and cross-functional data initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Approximately 2 years of experience, ideally in vendor master data or a similar field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial issues.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet strict deadlines, and build professional relationships.
• Full-time availability in Bratislava, Slovakia, Monday through Friday; occasional overtime may be required.
