What you will do
- Bill insurance companies and private-pay patient accounts.
- Arrange payment plans and financial arrangements for outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation in patient files.
- Collect and manage accounts receivable.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of patient account billing experience.
- Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization fundamentals.
- Full-time availability for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
