Location: Onsite at Bon Secours - Millennium Digital Imaging in Greenville, South Carolina. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.
Salary: $17.00–$18.15 per hour, based on experience.

What you will do
- Perform patient admitting, pre-registration, demographic data collection, and insurance information processing.
- Assign accurate medical record numbers, conduct medical necessity and eligibility checks, and select appropriate insurance plan codes.
- Process physician orders, explain consent and patient education forms, obtain signatures, and distribute required notices.
- Collect point-of-service payments, past-due balances, and patient financial liability information, including payment plan options.
- Operate the telephone switchboard and provide compassionate customer service to patients, guarantors, guardians, and colleagues.
- Audit accounts, correct documentation issues, and provide reporting data to Patient Access leadership.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Greenville, South Carolina.
- Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.
- Must demonstrate curiosity and openness to innovation, including AI-enabled process improvements.
- CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire; certification is company paid.
