Senior Full Stack Product Engineer (React/Node/Python): Building and scaling customer-facing product interfaces, backend services, APIs, cloud batch platforms, and data pipelines for multi-tenant marketing products with an accent on end-to-end ownership, reliability, security, and AI-assisted workflows. Focus on designing accessible React experiences, operating Node.js and Python services on AWS, protecting consent and PII data, and delivering the smallest effective solutions across ambiguous product initiatives.
Location: Remote; 5–10% travel required

What you will do
- Own customer and business outcomes end to end by framing problems, designing solutions, shipping prototypes, and measuring results.
- Work directly with customers, sales, support, and advisory groups to shape product decisions and prioritize what to build, defer, or stop.
- Build and scale responsive React interfaces, Node.js and Python services, RESTful APIs, cloud batch platforms, and data pipelines.
- Own domain interfaces, reliability, performance, security, on-call responsibilities, and sensitive consent and PII handling.
- Design AI-assisted workflows and product capabilities such as smarter routing and anomaly detection.
- Act as a player-coach Tech Lead, mentor engineers, document decisions, and help Product and Design work more independently.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience shipping products end to end and owning customer or business outcomes.
- Deep full-stack expertise with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, modern CSS, Node.js, Python, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous data handling.
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- Experience with cloud batch or workflow orchestration such as Step Functions or Airflow, and with reliable multi-tenant data products.
- Strong product judgment, systems design, UI/UX, accessibility, security, and sensitive-data compliance skills.
- Daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, with the ability to review AI output for bugs and security issues; clear communication and mentoring experience required.
