What you will do
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Onboarding Specialists.
- Manage a team of 6–7 Onboarding Specialists and drive performance against targets.
- Monitor team performance metrics and address gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction while reducing onboarding duration.
- Motivate team members, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a high-energy working environment.
- Maintain consistent achievement of onboarding duration and retention targets.
Requirements
- Team Lead experience, ideally in a Customer Experience team, with a record of improving customer retention and onboarding.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and prioritization skills.
- Passion for technology and customer service.
- Knowledge of the HR industry is valuable.
