People Partner

What you will do

• Partner with R&D and Product leaders and managers on people, organizational, and leadership matters.
• Coach managers on leadership, team effectiveness, engagement, performance, and complex employee situations.
• Lead people processes covering performance management, talent planning, career development, retention, compensation, and organizational planning.
• Support organizational changes while maintaining employee engagement and performance.
• Use people data and organizational insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and the broader People team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a People Partner or HRBP in a high-tech environment.
• Experience partnering with R&D and Product organizations in a global, fast-paced company.
• Experience coaching managers and senior leaders on performance, talent, leadership, and organizational matters.
• Hands-on experience with performance management, talent planning, employee development, retention, compensation, and organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli employment law and employee relations practices.
• Fluent English required.
