Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States. Onsite, third shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM; overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts may be required.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in the production area.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document completed work accurately.
• Complete electronic work orders, monitor project status, and communicate progress.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with contractor safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean maintenance work areas and complete required paperwork.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives and collaborate with maintenance and production teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment, and strong math skills.
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment and people in a production environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as business needs require.
• Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Millwright, or Maintenance Electrician experience is preferred; training may be provided to the right candidate.
