Account Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote from anywhere in Europe, including iGaming hubs such as Cyprus and Malta

Payments infrastructure for card payments, local payment methods, and cash payments across Latin America through a single API and contract.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of iGaming operators across multiple markets.
• Monitor approval rates, incidents, reconciliation, chargebacks, payout performance, and overall account health.
• Develop performance strategies to improve deposits and withdrawals, increase conversion, and reduce fraud and risk.
• Identify and close growth opportunities involving new payment methods, markets, transaction volume, and operator brands.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Product to resolve payment issues quickly.
• Report weekly on portfolio performance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in payments or fintech, including PSPs, acquiring, orchestration, or BaaS.
• Required experience managing iGaming merchants and understanding deposits, withdrawals, player friction, and conversion.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML expectations, licensing, fraud patterns, and chargeback dynamics in high-risk industries.
• Fluent English required.
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Notion AI.
• Comfort working with data dashboards and identifying the right follow-up questions.
