Location: US MN Brooklyn Park; employment eligibility in the United States is verified through E-Verify.
Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year.

What you will do
- Lead manufacturing operations covering CNC and manual machining, assembly, packaging, inspection, and production support.
- Manage production priorities, labor utilization, scheduling, resource allocation, and key performance indicators.
- Champion safety, quality systems, root-cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives involving standard work, visual management, 5S, process control, throughput, and lead-time reduction.
- Partner with engineering and technical teams to improve manufacturability, machining methods, tooling, inspection processes, and first-pass yield.
- Develop operating plans, budgets, capital expenditure projects, workforce programs, and cross-functional business initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, industrial technology, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 8–10 years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Significant experience leading a precision machine shop, including CNC turning, milling, grinding, production scheduling, capacity planning, quality systems, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience leading supervisors and manufacturing teams, with demonstrated success in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of precision machining, inspection methods, manufacturing finance, budgeting, ERP/MRP systems, and operational performance management.
- Must be willing to work extended hours when required to support business and production needs.
