What you will do
- Greet patients and provide general information.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and communicate with internal and external customers.
- Check patients in and out.
- Schedule appointments and enter and track referrals.
- Scan, index, and file documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of reception tasks, clinic policies and procedures, and paperwork.
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
