TL;DR
Junior Program Analyst (Foreign Military Sales): Supporting the Australian F/A-18 Super Hornet and Growler Foreign Military Sales program through event coordination, program tracking, documentation, and data analysis with an accent on international engagement, DoD security compliance, and technology transfer. Focus on coordinating RAAF visits, preparing foreign disclosure packages, monitoring contractual actions, and maintaining accurate program records for aircraft acquisition and product support.

Location: Lexington Park, Maryland, United States; onsite role. US citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Salary: $61,000–$92,000 annually. Additional compensation may include bonuses, relocation benefits, incentives, or discretionary payments.

What you will do

  • Coordinate Technical Interchange Meetings, Program Management Reviews, Logistics Program Reviews, Capability Development Program Reviews, and other cross-functional working groups.
  • Lead foreign visit coordination for the Australian F/A-18 team, including RAAF visit requests, approvals, signatures, and supporting documentation.
  • Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager with resource planning, workload allocation, contracting actions, issue tracking, and resolution of programmatic matters.
  • Prepare correspondence, memoranda, presentations, point papers, briefings, action-item trackers, and program reports.
  • Collect and analyze aircraft acquisition and product support data while tracking milestones, schedules, and project status.
  • Prepare program, security, personnel, and asset-management documentation and support technology transfer and foreign disclosure reviews.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree and 0–3 years of experience in program management, technical analysis, or business analysis.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with engineering, logistics, financial, program management, and international stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing and formal documentation abilities.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales and Defense Security Assistance Programs.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition regulations, particularly the DoD 5000-series.
