Team Manager (iGaming)

Location: Batumi, Georgia; full-time, office-based role.

What you will do

• Coach team members, develop skills, and set clear performance goals.
• Identify team strengths and weaknesses, delegate tasks, and evaluate progress.
• Supervise and evaluate Game Presenters and Shufflers.
• Manage team assignments, communicate operational updates, and arrange retraining.
• Organize team initiatives and meetings, ensuring clear communication and accessible documentation.
• Adjust table rotation and lead pre-shift meetings while preventing and resolving conflicts.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Experience in the gaming industry is advantageous; a minimum of two years is preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
