What you will do
- Support the MLRO Office with compliance administration, case tracking, and accurate record-keeping.
- Review KYC, CDD, EDD, sanctions, and transaction monitoring documentation and alerts.
- Prepare evidence packs, case summaries, timelines, audit trails, regulatory filings, and VARA-related submissions under supervision.
- Assist with AML/CFT investigations, periodic reviews, remediation, customer file updates, and missing-document outreach.
- Support blockchain analytics reviews, management information reporting, and compliance trend analysis.
- Provide confidential administrative support to the law enforcement liaison function without directly handling law enforcement requests.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, Criminology, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions, and financial crime compliance.
- Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, fintech, and VASP regulation.
- UAE/Dubai residency or the ability to work in Dubai.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
