Senior Product Designer (Kiosk)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid with 3 days in the Paris office and 2 days working from home

A SaaS product company developing digital ordering and order management solutions for delivery and on-premise restaurant services.

What you will do

• Set the multi-quarter design vision for the complete guest-facing kiosk ordering experience, including browsing, customization, upselling, checkout, payment hand-off, confirmation, and edge states.
• Own the kiosk guest product roadmap and improve completion rate, time-to-order, attach rate, average ticket size, and abandonment points.
• Build high-fidelity interactive and code-based prototypes, validate flows with real guests, prepare design-to-code specifications, and conduct design QA.
• Architect and govern a white-label, multi-tenant design system across restaurant brands, hardware types, internationalization requirements, and RTL layouts.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, specification writing, and prototyping while coordinating decisions with engineers, product managers, and commercial leads.
• Mentor designers through pairing and critique.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating visual craft, interaction design, and product thinking.
• Experience writing product briefs, prioritizing roadmaps, running experiments, and driving funnel metrics.
• Hands-on experience scaling complex white-label or multi-brand design systems, with knowledge of EAA/WCAG accessibility and multi-language or RTL support.
• Code-aware background with an understanding of frontend capabilities, technical logic, and performance constraints.
• Daily use of AI tools for research, ideation, specification creation, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including presenting ideas, negotiating scope, aligning global stakeholders, and mentoring peers.

Nice to have

• Experience with kiosks, POS systems, in-store ordering, checkout, or payments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
