CRM Manager – Marketing Sendouts Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus — 100% on-site, office-based. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.

What you will do

• Set up, target, test, and distribute multi-channel marketing sendouts through the proprietary CRM platform.
• Manage incoming campaign requests from Affiliates, Acquisition, and internal stakeholder teams.
• Coordinate with Content and Design on copy, translations, creative assets, and promotional mechanics.
• Conduct pre-campaign checks of links, personalization tags, and segmentation logic.
• Analyze post-campaign performance, including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and revenue impact.
• Track campaign schedules, report KPIs to management, and identify workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience executing Email, Push, SMS, and Web App campaigns in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Experience with custom CRM tools, back-office marketing engines, or automated campaign managers.
• Ability to coordinate strategic stakeholders and creative teams while managing deadlines and competing briefs.
• Understanding of campaign analytics and preparation of concise performance reports.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including proofreading copy and visual layouts.
• Strong organizational skills with Google Workspace or task-tracking platforms.
