Senior Data Analyst / Data Manager (Looker/BigQuery): Building scalable data models, dashboards, and predictive analyses for a fitness and wellness business with an accent on executive insights, data quality, and cross-functional decision-making. Focus on optimizing BigQuery SQL, designing LookML models, resolving data discrepancies, and forecasting business outcomes and customer behavior.
Location: Remote in Latin America

What you will do
- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to answer business questions and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Design and maintain recurring and ad-hoc Looker reports, dashboards, and key business metrics.
- Build, optimize, and document scalable LookML data models.
- Audit dashboards and data sources, resolve discrepancies, and improve reporting accuracy with Data Engineering.
- Develop predictive models for business outcomes, customer behavior, and other key metrics.
- Build expertise in the client’s data landscape and improve performance measurement practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Advanced SQL skills with hands-on Google BigQuery experience, including query optimization, schema design, and GCP.
- Strong experience with Looker and LookML for data modeling, dashboarding, and report automation.
- Experience with predictive modeling, including regression and forecasting, plus metrics design.
- Ability to communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
- Remote work from Latin America.
Nice to have
- Python experience with pandas and matplotlib.
- Experience with Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks, or AWS.
- Background in consumer technology, fitness, subscription businesses, retail, or hospitality.
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics workflows.
