Senior Creator Manager (Social Gaming)

What you will do

• Build multi-brand creator strategies across macro, mid-tier, micro, streamer, and influencer portfolios.
• Design repeatable sourcing, contracting, compensation, briefing, and content operating models.
• Own the full creator lifecycle, from sourcing and vetting through activation, optimisation, and iteration.
• Build reporting and tracking that connects awareness metrics with clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
• Lead testing across formats, hooks, creators, and integrations for paid and organic distribution.
• Partner with Performance, CRM, Creative, BI/Analytics, and Product while ensuring compliance with platform, regulatory, and market rules for social casino.

Requirements

• End-to-end experience leading influencer, creator, or streamer programmes.
• Experience running performance-driven creator programmes against CTR, CPV, CPA, and ROAS KPIs.
• Hands-on expertise in creator analytics, audience assessment, brand safety, and performance evaluation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills with talent, agencies, and management teams.
• Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to lead several initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent English required, plus an interest in gaming, streaming culture, and US creator trends.

• Experience in gaming, social casino, iGaming, entertainment, or mobile apps.
