Location: Hybrid role based in Helsinki, Finland, Frankfurt, Germany, or Strasbourg, France; international travel across the EMEA region is required.
Salary: Finland EUR 7,300–8,500 per month; Germany EUR 124,000–145,000 per year; France EUR 98,000–115,000 per year.

What you will do
- Develop and execute regional and segment growth plans with Sales & Application, Product Line Management, and Product Development.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities aligned with strategic priorities and portfolio needs.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, technology developments, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead commercialization of new products and solutions from concept through market launch and customer adoption.
- Develop target-customer strategies, value propositions, engagement plans, and customer trials with commercial teams.
- Act as the commercial business owner for development projects and evaluate partnerships and inorganic growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, market development, commercialization, product management, or related commercial leadership within an international B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of the paper, board, and tissue industries and paper chemicals.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate market insights into business cases, portfolio decisions, and profitable growth initiatives.
- Experience commercializing new products and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Availability for international travel across the EMEA region.
