Software Test Automation Engineer (IoT)

What you will do

• Define and develop test automation frameworks for complex systems, ensuring compliance with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop automated test frameworks using Java and Python.
• Implement UI, component, integration, smoke, and regression testing for cloud and mobile applications.
• Test APIs and improve test efficiency, repeatability, coverage, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with developers and Agile teams, participate in peer reviews, and evaluate emerging testing technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of test automation experience at mid-to-senior level.
• Degree-level qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience designing test automation frameworks with Selenium or Cypress.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs using tools such as Rest Assured or Postman.
• Experience with Agile testing methodologies, Jira, Confluence, SQL or MongoDB, and cross-browser testing.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• TestNG experience.
• CI/CD experience with GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• IoT device testing experience.
• Mobile application automation with Appium.
• Linux and Windows administration skills.
