Student Job (f/m/x) - Business Data Delivery & Consulting (20 h/week)

Location: Vienna Office, Austria

Salary: Gross EUR 2,619.73 per month based on 38.5 hours per week; the role is advertised for 20 hours per week.

What you will do

• Maintain the knowledge base and ticketing tools for data demands.
• Automate process steps and tool workflows.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting and analyze data-related service requests in the data warehouse.
• Support collaboration rooms, Jira, Confluence, and documentation.
• Organize team meetings and help design effective work methods across several agile teams.
• Collaborate with counterparties in the Central and Eastern European network.

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration, project management, IT, or a related field.
• Knowledge of programming and data tools, ideally SQL and Power BI or similar.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Very good English; German is an advantage.
• Analytical, structured, result-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative approach.
• Availability for 20 hours per week alongside university studies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of German.
