IT Analytics Team Lead (SAP)

Location: Elsbethen, Austria

Salary: €2,879 gross per month minimum; actual compensation is market-oriented and significantly above the stated minimum.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and empower the OPS Analytics team.
• Deliver analytics products and transformation initiatives across transportation, warehousing, and production.
• Connect supply chain processes, data, and technology with business, global data, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Own the roadmap and prioritisation for analytics products, projects, and team development.
• Manage budgets, resources, and external partners while ensuring sustainable business value.
• Drive measurable improvements in decision-making and operational performance.

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience leading and developing analytics, business solutions, or cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, or Production with strong knowledge of analytics, data products, and digital transformation.
• Experience with SAP Analytics, SAP Business Data Cloud, and/or Snowflake, including SAP source-system data products.
• Fluent English is required; German is an advantage.
• Strong business understanding, entrepreneurial thinking, stakeholder management, communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style.
