Junior Garment Technologist

What you will do

• Attend weekly fit sessions across menswear, womenswear, and accessories.
• Lead fit sessions for assigned brands and categories and collaborate with design teams to maintain consistent product fit.
• Record fit comments and communicate amendments to factories for future samples and production.
• Review test reports, oversee care label approvals, and maintain grading and sizing rules.
• Support block library creation, supplier audits, production checks, and seasonal factory performance reporting.
• Help establish new technologies, including 3D fitting and performance fabric testing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar garment technology role.
• Practical fitting experience.
• Experience in retail or a similar industry.
• High self-motivation, commitment, and dedication.
• Strong organisational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
