hirify.global is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute targeted employer brand campaigns across LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit.
  • Build end-to-end digital funnels including audience segmentation, landing pages, and lead capture.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to scale research, content creation, and reporting.
  • Manage online reputation and brand presence across professional communities and review platforms.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to optimize candidate quality and conversion rates.
  • Develop employee digital advocacy programs to build credible external voices for the brand.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines.
  • English: C1 proficiency required.
  • Proven experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Deep understanding of digital channel mechanics, particularly LinkedIn organic and paid.
  • Hands-on experience with no-code tools, CMS, and building digital funnels.
  • AI-native mindset with experience using automation tools to scale repetitive tasks.
