Operations Engineer (Java Platform)

What you will do

• Own platform availability, reliability, performance, and operational stability for critical bankhirify.global and payment services.
• Lead application lifecycle management, infrastructure upgrades, platform migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Manage major incidents, coordinate service restoration, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes.
• Improve observability through monitorhirify.global, alerthirify.global, dashboards, and operational runbooks.
• Automate operational processes and support Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Collaborate with engineerhirify.global, architecture, security, and platform teams in a multidisciplinary Agile environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Operations Engineerhirify.global, Platform Engineerhirify.global, or DevOps environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, includhirify.global Repositories, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts, and Test Plans.
• Expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes administration and support.
• Experience with Linux administration, shell scripthirify.global, automation, cloud platforms, networkhirify.global, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and the ELK Stack.
• Strong incident management, troubleshoothirify.global, root cause analysis, analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, and stakeholder management skills.
